Allotments
There are currently no allotments in Upton Bishop although the Parish Council has sent a petition to Herefordshire Council signed by parishioners who want allotments to be provided in the village. We are waiting for Herefordshire Council’s response.
Parish Plan In January 2001, the Government issued a Rural White Paper entitled ‘Our Countryside: Our Future’ and
The Parish embarked upon a process of consultation which culminated in the delivery
of an anonymous questionnaire to every household in the parish. The survey results were then turned into the
Parish Plan which was published in 2004. Hard copies are available from the Parish Clerk
