The Lengthsman is employed by the Parish Council and his job is to maintain the the highways excluding trunk roads and A roads contained within the Parish.
His job includes verge cutting, hedge & fence management, drainage, ensuring that all traffic signs are visible, minor storm damage and litter clearance. If anyone has any problems to report in the Parish they should contact the Clerk on 01989 780450 or e-mail ubpcclerk@yahoo.co.uk and the details will be passed onto the Lengthsman or Herefordshire Council.
